Not rude, but a little uncouth.
My general rule is if it’s not rude to do it in a regular meeting it’s fine to do in a zoom meeting.
That said, you probably wouldn’t drink coffee at a pitch or a big client presentation.

Every pitch or large client presentation I’ve ever been in has had a full spread of food and coffee.
You’re clear to drink coffee in a meeting of any sort at any time, is my opinion. So long as you’re not doing something weird, you’re in the clear.
My coffee cup has had booze in it since quarantine started in March of 2020, no one knows but it’s a terrible habit I’ve picked up, I still drink coffee too though 🤷🏻♂️

It’s not rude, but couldn’t it wait?
I would probably take my coffee into a meeting in an office. So why not on zoom?
If a coffee is rude, what about cats crawling all over the keyboard with their asshole in the camera?? i can’t handle that and don’t know how to address it as a serious matter
I drank Pedalyte on a call recently (not hungover, just recovering from an illness), which is probably worse. 😬
No.
No.
I routinely slam water from the gallon jug it came from the store in. I give zero fucks and you shouldn’t either. #stayhydratedAndCaffeinated
No
