Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Why would you not? They should be able to assist you through the process. However, it’d be ideal that you capture their contact info while you’re talking to them, not outside the regular channels (email/phone).
Did that person know if you applied for certain role? If they don’t, it should be fine to tell them “I recently applied to XYZ role with your company, what is the best way to follow up with someone in your team?”.

Also, look at their activity and see if they posted anything. Try to comment on there too to get their attention. I would even notify them that you sent them a dm.
