Is it worth getting a PMP?

How does a seasoned indie music producer and mixer transition into commercial composition and mixing for tv, advertising and film? Im self-taught, constantly learning, and feel it’s a tragedy that I can’t do the one thing I only want to do, and that is to work full time mixing or producing. My portfolio is vast. I’m just working on soundtracking a short film to be exposed to more of that kind of @work, but nobody is responding to my job applications

Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration."
