Hopkins or Penn aren’t top MBA programs..... just saying
M7 (maybe top 15) MBA program or don’t bother. None of the schools you mention (Penn, etc.) would qualify. I also don’t think a PMP has much value, but maybe there are use cases for it.
You cannot compare PMP with an MBA.. and Penn Hopkins are tier 2 mba programs, also do not compare full time degree with online ones..

What is a PMP
Autocorrect: PiMP
It all comes down to your goals. Down the line I don’t think online v in person matters since you can drop the online piece from your LinkedIn. If you are just trying to stay the same firm and just credentialize yourself then online is fine and might even be better. Very good v average MBA matters a bit more, but again, if you plan on staying at the same firm and just want a slight edge in promo discussions it’s probably not a huge deal where you go. The true value of an MBA is in networking though, and networking with your peers as well as recruiting are both severely diminished through an online MBA. Likewise, stronger MBA programs are going to have a cohort that comes from more distinguished firms and thus tap you into a stronger network.

Hopkins just got accredited in the last few years, so I'd cross that one off your list
Already being in consulting, you should be looking at MBA programs that are top tier. Online isn’t going to boost your career by any stretch, and agree with others - the PMP / MBA comparison isn’t really a thing.
