I’d go with a more universal option like Chase / American Express / Capital One as they have partnerships with airlines and hotels, and earning points is much more generic than hotel-only or airline-only cards. I think the Chase Sapphire Preferred is offering the most bonus points right now, so I’d suggest that, but feel free to look into all 3 ecosystems.
