Is it worth it to leave a current FTE perm role to work for Google as a freelancing EP, 6+ contract w possible extensions pending budget, performance, fit etc? Debating the massive brand name, pay, and experience but leaving benefits, loose job security with looming recession etc.

*Background: in current role for 2.9 yrs with tiny tiny salary raise this past year that’s still under inflation rate, and no clear path for promotion and further raise. Decent global retail client at tiny shop

I have a interview scheduled for Data Scientist job can any one suggest me. I am looking for a career transition to Data Science domain.

Coming out of UG, I accepted my first job b/c I thought I had to based on status of other interviews. I ended up quitting after 8 weeks in favor of an opportunity I perceived to be better, but took longer to get. 7 months into the new gig, I am NOT happy. Considering this is technically my second job out of school, how long should I stick around before trying to leave without looking like a total scumbag opportunist?

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
