Aim for better career development not staff’s peanut raises
Thanks for your comment. You mean I’ll get better career development in accenture, and so I should go for that? Totally not sure which is better for career development or if there’s a difference tbh :/

Proly, too many ‘data’ projects but nothing really analytical
It’s about the quality of work. I just left EY because I feel like the work has stagnated and that I was just going through the motions. So if you feel the same I’d say go for it. If Accenture has better work that you feel will be important for the future go for it. But don’t just go because of a couple extra bucks
