4+ years of experience with PwC as a tax professional (responsibilities include financial data analysis, transaction tax due diligence, technology implementation, etc).
MBA Intern in a small equity research firm (responsibilities include market research, financial statement modeling, etc).

I got notice everything at the new firm is good to go. Now to give notice. I’m dreading it. I really really like my boss but this opportunity is too good to pass up. How do you even start? I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read?
