Had a really rough drinking episode this past weekend. Broke some things in our house. Don’t remember. For 20 years now, I can have 1-2 drinks and be fine 9/10 times, and that 10% I go HARD. Sometimes I just really need it, but it’s always filled with regret the next day. I really want to be able to drink a glass of wine or have a couple beers, but now my SO says 100% abstinence.
