This is based out of personal experience - I had a terrible experience with Deloitte Immigration team (They rejected me stating that I don’t have 2.5 or more years left in my Visa after several rounds of interview) in comparison to EY Immigration (joined EY with same Visa after 7-8 months). I am not aware of PWC immigration if your question was in particular to that!!
I have nothing to complain. Just think that the process is really long and annoying, but mostly on USCIS’ part. (They took care of my L visa (2017), L extension(2020) and GC process - ongoing since march2020)
I don’t know EYs to compare, sorry.
I’ve had experienced with both and kudos to PwC. They respond in a more timely manner and act more professionally. EY’s immigration team and V&I team are a mess and thanks to them, I couldn’t file i485 even though I was current.
Also wanted to know this why you cannot file i-485
The EY team has NEVER responded to any of my emails and while I understand that it is a long process due to USCIS, they make it so much more frustrating. I’m actively considering switching firms so I never have to deal with them again
PwC is better any day wrt to immigration.

EY law never responds to emails. Also, they make silly mistakes.

I heard you have to review every single thing and make sure it’s correct cuz they’ll make mistakes like typos..
I have found mistakes as well which led to RFE. what a pain!
EY immigration team and V&I are such a mess. Whenever you have a question, they just kick the ball to the Legal or HR team. Then, the HR team will kick the ball out. : ) EY Legal is the funniest one, since they NEVER respond!
