Yea contradictory and subjective feedback. Performance ratings are a joke and entirely based on personal relationships. I’m not bothering with it anymore and focusing instead on becoming irreplaceable on a critical project

EM1, I had a weak leader that had horrible communications skills. Coming from a comand position as a military officer, I was extremely frustrated that they allowed him to rise to that position with no formal leadership training. Ayahuasca is a bit of a sleep aid and helps with vision quest if prepared right. Once you get over the vomiting though, it's still usually better to ask clarifying questions and set external goals for yourself toprovide back to your leadership that show you are working on self-growth. I lose a lot less sleep when I am in the drivers seat of my objectives AND I dont have to vomit for 3 hours.
