In my last interview, when I got this question, I said prioritization. Making sure I give enough time to the most important tasks, just ensuring everything gets done with quality and efficiency. Was I cringing on the inside as I spoke? A little bit. But that’s how it goes.
I have no idea what they want to hear. I try to answer honestly without sounding like I'm going to be a liability, usually by saying "I'm a bit of a control freak and have a hard time delegating, which can cause me to get overwhelmed by my workload." I know it sounds kind of like a humble brag, but whatever. The question is designed to produce those kinds of answers.
Do you tend to work longer or spend more time on projects and what you are doing to address this is a weakness I think we workaholics are guilty of.
I have always said the same thing i am horrible with spelling and grammar thank God for word.
