Pretty much. There will be differences in groups and offices but in general they are the same
Yes although if you want to be there for partner track there are differences (some firms have snr mgrs, some have MD reqd before partner, etc)
100% depends on your specialty/LOS and team culture.
But generally, it’ll be the same bag. You’re as likely to have as good or bad of an experience at any, just depends on luck.
Personally, I did notice some big discrepancies in pay when getting experienced hire offers. And I’ve looked at enough compensation threads to think that a couple of the firms do have higher base pay and bonuses.
I think so, I've worked at PwC and KPMG and I didn't see a big difference.
One slice of the same pie. I made the mistake of thinking Top 10 would be similar to Big 4. That was like the Wild West. Now I’m in the boomerang club.
