It seems like the hiring trend is to let people work remotely rather than relocate. When you take a job like this, are the agencies upfront about saying they might ask you to move as things return to normal?

What's your plans on moving to Mumbai? Knowing apartment hunting can be a real bitch, some are planning to go back to hometown in the WFH week. i.e work at office at designated week and live in temporary accommodation, and then travel back.

With post-covid office culture I can’t imagine it’s that big of an ask.
