It seems there are many reasons to be concerned about patient safety since Ascension, the biggest Catholic hospital system in the US, hasn't had a working EMR or access to patient data for the past two weeks. It could happen anywhere, anytime... are you worried?

I gained weight during my last relationship (probably around 30 lbs, and I’m 5’9”). Before my relationship, I felt like I could get any guy. But I’ve been single for 2 years now and it’s been so hard to date. I’m not sure if maybe I’ve lost confidence, but I legitimately don’t know how to get a guy to be interested. Any pointers?

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
