We are always short staffed but somehow we make it work. Hoping this week is quieter than last week. I work in an ER and for some reason, it was full all weekend long. I'm off this weekend which is good, because I'm guessing there will be a lot of intoxicated people coming in for treatment.

Good ol st Patty’s weekend will keep the ER busy for sure!

It’s so hard trying to hire MHTs. No one wants to work fr

And on top of that, they have the nerve to be doing layoffs in my department. I don't know what their vision for the department in Q2, but I foresee chaos.

Completely understandable. Good luck on your job search!

Why do CEOs think it's more productive to run with half a staff? I mean I guess it saves them money but half of your staff will quit from being overworked. Think about employee retention.

It’s a never ending cycle…. Have to cut staff because of not hitting budget targets or lost revenue…. But can’t fix it without staff 😖

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?

I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

Scores consider the number of accounts that are paid as agreed. Your score was impacted because the number of these accounts is too low, or because you've missed payments recently on some of your accounts.
