It’s so rough getting to work just when the sun rises and leaving when the sun is setting. What helps you guys out this time of year?

It doesn't really bother me that much, maybe because it happens gradually and I just adjust to it as it goes. It's funny, I've known about the daylight hours changing since I was a child, of course. But what made it really pellucid for me was when I got some smart lights and set some to come on at sunset every day. It just really reminds you how it gets earlier or later by a minute each day.

Super difficult for me too. I feel like we've had such cloudy days too, i can't think of the last day I saw the sun. It starts to wear on you after a while. I do still try to get outside for like an hour a day to walk my dog, whether that's in the morning, lunch, or at the end of the workday. Even if I don't catch the daylight, I know it's still good to get fresh air

It’s been hard finding the motivation, but I’ve been enjoying short walks during my lunch break! Also helps me feel like I’ve gotten a chance to enjoy some daylight when working from sun rise to sun set!

I enjoy it for now. it's been nice to get home and relax and not feel pressured to go outside because it is cold and dark

Oddly, I think I'm more productive since I know I go to work and come home in the dark. It's when I get a ton of cleaning and decluttering accomplished. But I do miss the sun sometimes.
