I’ve been a pharmacy tech in retail and clinics for almost 20 years now. The job was supposed to just be while I was in school but I seem to have gotten stuck in the position. I have reached the “glass ceiling” so to speak and need to make more money. I only make like $23/hr now and that’s not working in this economy. Any advice?? I’m lost looking at jobs.
