Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. Hence multiple options in hand is necessary nowadays. Infosys Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies

If you feel like you're being marginalized and there's no open road ahead of you, it's time to get serious about moving on. Sometimes people just get pigeonholed in their jobs. Upper management only views them as doing what they're currently doing, and that's that. If you're stuck in that scenario, take your game elsewhere.
I don’t know your background or interpersonally how you interact with people, but you’re being judged on certain things you don’t even know you’re being judged on. Performance is obviously important, but it’s about playing the game with the right people. Perception is reality. I don’t want to say you haven’t impressed the right people, but once you get past a certain point, it’s tough to shake how you’ve been perceived at any given time.
I’m 35. I was an Account Manager for 4 years (29-31.) I got tired of the glass ceiling, and left the business to pursue and entrepreneurial opportunity two years ago. I didn’t play the game well, and that’s something I regret. I’ve been looking to get back into the business for over four months, with 0 end in sight. I’m scared sh******.
After doing a lot of reading on corporate politics in my sojurn lol, if you haven’t been promoted by now, it most likely isn’t going to happen. I’d suggest doing the best you can in your current role, but start seriously pumping out applications for Senior Account Manager roles elsewhere. Sorry to say it. Don’t stay in a job out of some misguided loyalty to your company like I did. Don’t expect them to reward you for hard work. You’re a number on a balance sheet. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I was in college and starting my career when loyalty meant everything. My parents stayed at their companies for years and were rewarded. Now that I’m well into the workforce, I’m seeing firsthand that’s no longer the case. I’m still at my company after five years because the work-life balance means more to me. I know I could easily be making much more if I jumped ship.
I just left prevailing wage $. Time is more valuable, considering Revelation is playing out in real time. I'm getting what I need and not giving them one more second of my life for money
Are they telling you why you’re not being considered for the role or where you’re falling short?
