What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
Thought I was on LinkedIn when I saw this one

Was it a group layoff? My company has a bit of a “last group coming in, first batch that leaves” thing.
Unless it’s a personality thing, it’s not personal. Need more context. I SUCKED as a Junior. Made a LOT of mistakes. That’s normal.
No just me
Did you get into beefs with people or did you feel like you seriously underperformed? People don’t just hire - they do when manpower is needed at an extreme level. Hard to believe there was nothing to do
What kind of mistakes did you make? It feels like no place I go let’s me be a junior. And I’ve never worked at a top firm.
What are you talking about? You have great gramar!
No beefs. They just didn’t give me much to do. I never understood why they hired me. I always asked for more. I had 2 luxury assignments I struggled with.

Did you ask for more work? It could be the agency’s fault but if it happens several times it can’t hurt to look within.
Always

I’m sorry to hear that. If you got fired a few times as a junior there must be something you did or didn’t do. I know it might be painful but can you ask your old bosses why?
Do you have a background in advertising? Like, done a portfolio course or a degree? You don’t need one to “make it” but I wonder if you’ve been failing because there’s a bigger learning gap for you to cover, like a failed probation sort of thing
