Just received an offer from Deloitte (advisory SC, in risk and financial group (gps?)): $152k, $8k sign-on living in DC. Currently $135, but I would have to pay my current company apx 7k to move (payback for TA). DC area, in a highly cleared space. Any recommendations on how to counter or if its worth it?

SDR / BDR in tech sales is your best bet. Your experience is relevant to sales positions your applying to but that’s it. I jumped from car sales to tech sales. It’s a better career move, trust me.
I'd be more keen to staying if we had any inventory, but we don't. We have a VERY small sales team[2.5(one is half in finance)] and the most cars anyone has sold in one month since last August is 12. It's so hard to stay positive when nobody is buying and we aren't even on true commission. It's salary($3kCAD) before tax. You need to hit 10 sales in a month to get a $2k bonus, which obviously with our lack of inventory is impossible to achieve. I'm drowning financially.
I’d pivot to tech sales? But it would be entry level, SDR/BDR. It’s not that car sales are not valued, but rather they often come with a stigma attached. Best of luck, I hope you land something you like soon!
I've read a similar post about this. Things are difficult for everyone nowadays. You're lucky to be able to sell a single model in a year. You think of selling cars as a side hustle instead.
