I've been using Python, SQL, and Tableau for my job at Deloitte, which I enjoy and do a great job. I'm also AWS certified. However, I'm more of a generalist at Deloitte, as I joined out of college. I have over 2 years of experience working on ML and ETL projects. I've been applying for Data Analyst / Intelligent positions but it's been difficult to gain traction. Any advice from those who have made a similar transition to further align their interests and skills?

Jump ship or stick it out? I’m a 31 y/o SFA with a Fortune 100 and am learning absolutely nothing. I have 9 years FP&A experience. All we get is busywork and no real opportunity to grow or take a more challenging role since they’re dying for SFAs. Do I stick it out for an eventual Manager role so I can be more marketable to a future employer, or try to pivot out of Finance to a new type of role and company now? Interested in more operations related work.

Just restarted stimulants and already I'm dealing with twitches again. Does anyone else get these? No type of pain or anything just every once and a while my body will twitch strongly.
