I’ve been working in luxury auto sales for 7 years. I’m still quite young and unhappy with the work l/life balance of the car business. I’ve done well but I want a new challenge and better opportunity overall. How would I go about landing a job as an AE, that’s my goal. Which companies should I look into? Do I have to be BDR first, even though I have 7 years of sales, customer relationship building, training sales people on product and fleet management experience? Any recommendations would??

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it….
