They'd understand. Explain you were offered a full-time role, if you get it and choose to accept it. Just give them proper notice and offer to help with the transition. Good luck!
Nah. Look at for yourself man. These companies have no issue firing people on a whim and destroying people's lives so don't feel bad for cutting anything short.
*Look out
Did the same thing recently, always take the full time , be honest and they will understand. At the end of the day everyone has a family to feed.
Both of these jobs (temp job and potential new full time job) are in-house jobs. Not at advertising agencies.
Think carefully about what kinds of fallout could result. If the temp job company is in the same professional circles as the companies that are most desirable to you, try really hard not to cut it short. The new company should understand, especially if they make an offer, because that means they really want you to work with them. Have you asked the recruiter for their opinion on this?
I haven't talked to the recruiter about it. I honestly didn't think I'd get more than 1 interview.
