I’ve have applied for many pet care jobs(kennel attendant, dog walker, pet sitter, etc) and they all keep rejecting my application even though in my experience I’ve had a lifetime ownership of pets (dogs and cats) and meet all of their qualifications. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.

For all you retail people...are you experiencing a very slow holiday season? I am a retail manager and I feel like this season has been freakishly slow. I thought we would at least match last year's number or be up a little bit but we are trending down. I talked to employees of other stores in the mall and they are saying the same thing. Retail workers: are there any staff shortages where you work? Our store is 5 people short so we are all having to work overtime to make sure shifts are covered. It's exhausting.
