Sales orgs do comp reviews or accelerators for consistent overperformance, even without promotion. I'd push back politely: “I get the policy, but my quota attainment has been X% above target for three quarters. Can we discuss an off-cycle review or accelerator to reflect that impact?”
3 quarters is not consistent it's expected. Over quota is just doing your job. You will be looked like are u serious?! If u want a salary bump hit club or be at the top min 2 years ot apply at a new company.
How long have you been with the company? Generally speaking base is evaluated at performance review time on an annual basis.
😂 no not at all. Been in tech sales 15 years. Your base is very rarely ever looked at. In sales u want to make more money sell more. Ps 3 quarters in a row is expected. If you were to ever talk u need to hit club multiple times before u ever consider a conversation
I don't get a base pay increase every year, but I have never gone longer than 2 years. Have you been looking around at other jobs to see if you can find better?
I’m in sales and I haven’t gotten a promotion in many years, but I do get a small bump in salary and total OTE/TTC package every other year or so. About 2 to 4.5% depending on the year. In the 14 years I’ve been at this company, my salary has gone up about 35% and my OTE/TTC has gone up about 65%. I’m fine with that.
Now if only they’d remove the damn commissions cap at 250%, I’d be extremely happy.

OP, how’s it going?
