I've noticed over the past few years that when I'm training new hires who are in high school or even college, that these kids lack some pretty basic math skills, and they're not great at reading instructions either. I've been spending way too much time teaching trainees basic money counting skills. Has anyone else come across this?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.
