I've recently been approached to interview for the PERL (product excellence and renewal lab) group within Kearney . Does anyone have any insight into the culture of the group, typical hours worked per week, current level of travel, how the group is viewed within Kearney, etc.? Basically any relevant info about the group.

Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

PERL is awesome! My only insight is through working with them, but the work they do is super interesting in terms of pulling products apart and determining how to improve. Very hands on for physical products as well. And Bharat who leads it is really cool.
The greatest human being I know runs PERL

That's really interesting to hear. Could you please elaborate more on that?
Is this some sort of VAVE group?
Yes, essentially. My understanding is VAVE is part of it but they look at it from a more wholistic lens of how a companies products fit into an overall strategy.
I’m on the team. Feel free to DM
