I’ve worked at Korn Ferry for 4 years, year 1 on a FTC, and then permanent. The office is based in Manc & I worked remotely earning £28K. I’ve had no pay rise/promotion in the 4 years, but I’m being told I’m doing everything right and my curiosity for more responsibilities goes unanswered. Should I push for merit in my performance review or get what I’m given?
I have not much progression to show for 4 years in industry and this will put me at a disadvantage when applying for other jobs.

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k. My manager is wanting to get me some help and posted a new role modeled after me (3 yrs exp) w/ salary between $88k-$126k. How should I approach my manager about it without looking incredibly greedy?

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
