Whatever it is, it isn’t worth it
Depends what experience you have and what agency you come from. There’s a different title structure (AAM, AM) and there’s typically a huge salary range within each role.
I second the above
Why isn’t it worth it? @AS1 @Grey1
Lol everyone I know who has gone there has hated it and left within their first year (3 diff people). They said the people are mean, the hours crazy, the work mediocre.
@DDB 1 - to be fair, you may like it but from what I’ve heard from my friends who work there and have worked there. It seems like most people don’t over time. The magic of working at Droga fades very quickly apparently. I have friends working as Seniors and Juniors there and what AS 1 mentioned is pretty much it. The standout is that people are very mean unless you are “like them”. Also, hours are absolutely the most ridiculous I’ve ever heard. If you work there, you better absolutely love what you do or you will go insane. My friends work every moment of their lives. They give up social gatherings to work. I get some people may be driven like that but for most people, I know that is a nightmare. Going back to my first point, as you can imagine, people who are willing to give up life, essentially, would be a certain type of person and can you imagine an entire agency like that. They are also notorious for underpaying because they can. It’s not for everyone that’s all I’ll say to be fair and depending on your rank. You might not even get to work on the cool stuff. So it may not even be worth it. There are definitely “star teams”.
