You don’t owe big d anything, take the interview and if you get it do what’s best for you

Take the interview. Tell them you have an offer in hand to see if they can accelerate the process

Don’t come here- Deloitte is bleeding resources right now and taking it out on homegrown staff.
I’ve heard deals is pretty intense, but you’ll learn ALOT depending on the specific work they do. Scheduling meetings and tracking progress not so much
Big D will let you go the moment you become surplus to requirements. No reason why you shouldn't do the same.
Take the pwc interview and role if offerred. People renege all the time.
At an associate level you won’t get 105 base
Interview. And if you get the offer, which is not guaranteed, then worry about leaving so quickly.
If you go to PwC as an Advisory Associate it’s highly unlikely that you’ll get M&A experience. You’ll be in Tech (I’m guessing PMO/Project Management given your role at D).
I’d stick with the higher comp and better firm at Deloitte.
