Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

What's your years of experience, and where are you located? That feels low for a full architect role, but I expect that role to have 10+ years, and at least three full implementations under their belt.
Zennify and Silverline are 2 FS focused firms I know about
The comp would be dependent on experience.
For an Architect ? 250 HCOL
Architect are usually billed 140-180 per hour that makes the billing to be 300+ for a company
Given the equity stay
You should get 250+ if you’re good at Salesforce
Developers these days are out getting 180-200
It's on the lower side, but I don't think you're getting hustled. I had the same question recently around my comp. I work as an SA/Tech Lead and make around $150K TC with around 3 YOE. I feel I've felt I'm missing out when I see some devs making $180K+, but I don't think that is typical. (Anyone please correct me if I am wrong)
