Just got an offer from Zscaler for an AE role seems a bit low 90k base with OTE on a 60/40 split looking to negotiate

Previously worked at AWS & Oracle 5 YOE

Left AWS to work at a startup in March and got laid off last month. Also waiting on other offers. Any input is appreciated.

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?

Company x offered me 9 LPA
Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

AMERIPRISE - 22 LPA + Bonus 2LPA

Currently have 5 YOE in industry. Have been offered £60k with no bonus or sign on bonus for a position in ops consulting. Seems low in my opinion - thoughts?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process.
