65k 😵
85k for analysts in the US? That seems too high I thought it was around 75...
72.5$ for us based analysts. Canadian salaries are lower cuz, well, state sponsored healthcare and other things.
Which I service line? I thought the conversations are not till end of August ?
Had similar rate when I was based out of Toronto
Haha! Guess we should all move to Deloitte US 😵
Convert currencies first DD1, unless OP gets paid in USD
USA ny is like 85-90 for new analysts
This is ridiculous pay, even for Canada. We pay our entry level consultants (undergrad) $80-85k + 15-25% bonus + signing bonus in Canada. Post-MBA level (equivalent of Deloitte consultant) is something like $140k + up to annual 40% bonus. This includes tech consulting.
You can't compare Deloitte Canada salaries to Deloitte US salaries...
In Canada they are ending this week. TC
A-C?
What is the going rate for C's in Canada?
Jesus. That's $20k USD less than our analysts start at in the US. I had no idea the gap was that big 😮
I heard analyst at A starts at 75K in Canada?
Accenture recently adjusted to $70-$75K range for new Analysts in Canada. Prior to that was in $60-$65K range.
My little brother just got a full time offer post internship for Accenture Federal. Fresh out of undergrad $78k + $10k signing.
65k for C in Canada is about right... in middle of C band. What are you expecting as a new promote?
I only make 7k more than most undergrad new hires. Hopefully that changes this year as September will be my 3rd year at the firm. I got totally screwed by joining the year before they bumped the starting salary in my service area and coming in from a low COL market. Upsetting too because I have really good ratings
