Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

I recommend asking more about “Why is this position open?” or “What are the pain points for this team?” as a more subtle form of “Why did the last person leave?”.
That's also true! I think this is a great tip, because it shows that you are in that mindset and you won't be one of those hires who just does what you say without thinking of what are the priorities from a business perspective. It can be so wasteful!
It’s not rude to ask, but phrasing matters. Focus on understanding team stability and growth rather than framing it as criticism. A high attrition rate isn’t automatically a dealbreaker, but it’s a signal to dig into culture, leadership, and why people leave.
Coach
That’s a huge red flag. Sometimes speed = efficiency, but if it feels transactional and rushed, it’s worth digging into Glassdoor or reaching out to former employees. I wonder if recruiters ever coach candidates to evaluate the company just as much.
I honestly don't think 10% sounds that bad... I've previously worked in organizations with larger turnover - it also depends heavily on the job market too
I've been on projects where inherited someone else's mess. It would good to know to go into a situation if the that was left behind due to mass layoffs and are just incomplete mess or was a circus and that's why there are layoffs.
I've been in too many situations that it usually is a circus and no amount of work will right the ship because the organization is a disaster and the people on the ship are just passengers also and have no real authority to influence or change.
