New job.
Moved from agency after 6yrs, into a startup (€8m Series A, high growth); first marketing hire. My manager is ex VC, seems to like managing by fear, let’s fire X, let’s cut the agency etc. sets tight deadlines & adds urgent items last minute. Others seem to feel I’m doing great but I am butting heads with him constantly about unrealistic workloads etc. Really not enjoying interacting with him, thinking about leaving... should I stick it out? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up.
