Any good resources (books / videos ) to learn Automation Anywhere. YouTube videos are not really helpful.

Looking for a new mentor. Background- I previously practiced environmental law for some time and transitioned to health care about 4 years ago. Recently picked up pharmacy (in-house). I was interviewed for a Medicare/Medicaid role, but the hiring counsel thought I’d be great at pharmacy so placed me there. Was upfront about not knowing pharmacy one bit, but expressed my willingness to learn. Fast forward a year later- still struggling with Pharmacy knowledge. Looking for resources.. cont’d below

Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. Any thoughts?

Many predict that the true economic impact will start in September. As a designer, how do you prepare yourself: Become more specialized? Move somewhere cheaper? Change field? ...

Does VP or SVP really mean anything in Talent or Business Affairs? Does it actually bump salary up significantly or does it just mean a free parking space that no one is using since we’re WFH? Genuinely curious as I see some people with VP or SVP that have less experience than many with just a Sr title.

I am a graduating senior with a CS degree about to start my job in IT (low code, mostly using data tools) at a biotech company. My goal is to be a solutions architect within the next few years. Besides sol. architect cert and other AWS certifications, what can I do to put myself on the path to becoming a Solutions Architect ASAP?

I don't wanna be a manager, I don't want to do economics. I want to do testing, review, coach. I don't want to always learn something new, I value trying improve the plan of things I know.
