Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

If you received an offer, shouldn't it be included in that?

You get a verbal offer first and you negotiate salary as an experienced hire. Once you agree on salary and start date you get a written offer
what is your offer and location? and did you mean second year staff?
2nd year staff. They asked me what I expected salary to be and I said $80k.
Location matters lol
I received an offer earlier this week for the same role and it was in range of $70,000 - $75,000 with a $5,000 sign of bonus.
Was told the 75k was the highest in their range for an Experienced Staff FAAS role.
So, you maybe able to get more if you negotiate but not sure. The recruiter was pretty open about salary so I would discuss it further and see if HR can meet your request.
If it’s hcol, then I feel like 75-80 is solid for an experienced staff level.
MCOL I’d say around $70
Love that for you
