I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Y'all on some serious koolaid if you think they don't lay off 1s. I know a lot of people who have been 1s and 2s for years let go this year because they were being paid too much or finished project at a bad time. Also a guy EA posted a similar thing last week too. It doesn't matter what your rating is - you are ALL just as disposable as the person next to you. We all know ratings are arbitrary anyways

They don't get rid of 1's... I'm sorry, but that just doesn't happen - unless the person does something awful that actually warrants firing (not being laid off). The firm needs its best talent.
