Wanted to understand Google's policy if H-1b visa runs out and there is no I-140 in place to extend visa beyond 6 years. Do they transfer the employee to a non-US Google office E.g. Canada? Does anyone here been through this scenario?

lam about to join a new org in a few days and they have planned a travel to Europe for me to get Technical KT. But the thing is they said only for 2 weeks. They are going to file a business visa(l can stay up to 90 days). I want to spend some more time there( atleast 2 months). How I can convince them to increase this duration?
Since I will be new there l'm not sure what to say. Only thing I know at this time is, the project is a bit complex and all developers are outside India.

Feeling depressed because I just did a more realistic budget calculation for a March trip to Spain. B/w the need for refundable flight and hotels (I normally do airbnb and don’t care about refundable flights, and I don’t have enough miles and can only get us partial coverage at 1 hotel out of 2) plus covid tests, the trip is about $1000-2000 more/pp than I anticipated. Had a question- I pulled up my I-94 form and saw that my entry date was valid till 2020 which was my old petition. After that I had applied for extension and got an approval till December 2022. Never travel back to home county during this time. Should I get the I-94 updated with latest dates or is it fine. Please let me know.
