Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

I think it could be better in the long run to go in as a Manager. you have more time to build your network, client relationships, etc... idk how senior managers go from 1 big 4 firm to the next at the same level without a book of business to hit the ground running with (usually there is a cooling off period and you can't tap current clients rolodex)
Um, don't go backwards.
SM at Deloitte is one step below partner/director. M at Deloitte is one step below that.
Yeah just not sure on the career level mapping from ACN -> Deloitte
It's likely an even move on salary.
SM1 makes total sense. Thanks.
No, SM and acn is = MD at Deloitte, that's the move you typically see. Our MD = Partner
MD at Deloitte isn't the level below partner, SM is. MD is a parallel role, just salaried not equity based.
