I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Would love to see some directors go. My practice has like 30 and at least half of them suck
Over the last few years we've been big on giving people second chances and very slow to counsel underperformed out. I know of quite a few people who were put on PIPs and are still around. As K5 mentioned I would expect that under performers will see the door but I doubt there will be any surprises. VC may still take a hit though.

Exactly what K5 said. Also we get a ridiculous growth goal and the growth we had was excellent this push is to get us the net profit goal which is more difficult this year bc we raised rates and some groups didn't do rates. Some groups did awesome some groups didn't. I would expect more partners, MDs and directors to go then staff.
Personally ^* if you are out there ...let some of us know haha there plenty of projects looking to staff ppl
