Kyndryl has been one of the most disappointing organizations I've encountered, particularly in terms of ethical standards. During its time as part of IBM, I witnessed so many manager using abusive language—an unacceptable behavior in any professional environment. It's concerning that such actions were tolerated without consequence.
Organizations must be held accountable for fostering a toxic culture and failing to take corrective action.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
