What book have you read that was helpful for your career and/or that you would recommend? Could be a technical book, management, etc. For me, it’s a book I read a few years ago: The Phoenix Project. I never thought I would read and like a novel about DevOps but I recommend it to all my managers.

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it…. If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf?
