Looking at a job Pepsico and was curious how the interview process works. How quick do you usually hear back after submitting an application? How many interviews once selected? Do referrals also help?

Currently in R2 with Bain & Company . Interview was scheduled 3 weeks apart from R1. Now they pushed my interviews another week. What should I do? I’m worried that other candidates with offers are asking to speed up their process or maybe it’s just that Partners are very busy. Thanks!

I have joined Barclays last month as AVP Finance. The work seems fine but i dont like the manager who is always trying to keep everyone under her control.
