Universal is very helpful for overall concepts and understanding how to do something. The best part for me is the video explanation of every MCQ. I use Becker and Universal

I use Universal and they are good but they don’t have as many MCQs as say Becker. But it gets the job done

Need some timely offer advice. Currently at a Pre-IPO tech company (IPO in next 18 months extremely likely) & evaluating what it would take to jump to a seed-stage startup prior to offer negotiations.

Pre-IPO tech, BizOps:
+ Cash comp: $250K
+ Equity: $130K/year at current internal valuation

Seed-stage, Chief of Staff:
+ Currently valued at $100M after $12M in financing

This is for a BizOps role & they have a team of 20-30. What cash + equity % would make sense to switch over for?

Split on the value of MBA. I am a Big4 Consulting Manager, (5 YOE, 2 of those at Manager level). I’ve progressed fast without MBA to this point, and MBA hires come in to my firm as Seniors which is below my level (appreciate they get paid more). I want to transition to industry. Is there value in me doing a MBA? I have no debt, so would be nervous taking on so much in student loans but I am trying to play the long game here. Have you seen experienced consulting managers do MBAs? Am I too late?!
