Looking for a new role from management consulting! Been in the organizational development and change management space for the past 15 years. My clients are federal agencies, where I’ve led them through business process improvements, workforce planning, and leadership/staff engagement initiatives. Would love to shift to more of an internal role for an organization. Please DM me if you have any open roles in this space!

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
