Offered $115K with a $5K sign on bonus for a senior position in risk at a similar consulting firm. I had noted in the beginning I had previously received a $120K offer from a bank that I had declined because it was a hybrid role. Since this is a remote role, I'd be happy with this amount but I was wondering if I should negotiate. 6 years of experience, no license, NY. Recently I got offer from Early Warning LLC(Zelle) for Senior Manager position for Data Engineering role at Phoenix location.Getting $40K hike including Base and Bonus t no stock options since it’s private company and no joining bonus. Anyone tell me about culture and how is the experience working there ? I know this company is funded by 7 major US banks and grown to 1500 employees.

For your resume, how many bullet points under your XP with your firm straight out of college is too many? I’m a senior and don’t have anything else since college that’s relevant. Also, how do you feel about a small section above the bullets detailing the position (where the bullets are more about your achievements in the position)

I have joined oracle on monday. They told me the project is in Angular as I was working on Angular latest framework. Today I noticed the code on shared screen. I can not work on older technology. I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ? Can I change project? Is angular projects in Oracle?

But now when I see other posts where people with lesser yoe is getting almost the same package I doubt if I settled for less
