I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I'll be honest, in this job market, if I got an offer right away I'd probably just take the offer. I mean, assuming it's a decent job and reasonably close to what I was looking for. This is not a great time to be choosy, is what it comes down to.
Exactly
The job market is really rough right now. I would take the first offer that I got. You can always keep looking but definitely take the offer.
Thank you for your response. I have had a lot of traction from recruiters and from cold applying in the last three weeks since I started looking… am I scumbag if I accept and decline for something better within my notice period? For context the offer I may get is through a well known external recruiting firm
I wouldn't leave a remote job unless I was really excited about the new job and it was also remote. Remote jobs are becoming incredibly hard to find.
Absolutely agree!
Listing the pros and cons helps me make decisions. If my gut is telling me it's a good move, I'd take it. If I'm hesitant, I figure out why.
Great suggestion!
With the way the job market is right now, I would consider the first job offer I received. Of course more details are needed, like: are you currently employed? Is the job offer one that you like or better than your current situation?
You can always keep looking for something better.
Go with your gut, but remember there are no guarantees that you will get a job offer for some other position.

Would definitely make sure to find the right fit while not being overly picky
Take it!
Depends on the salary bump, working environment (remote/in-office) and benefits. If all those are strong then I’d seriously consider it!
Take the offer. The current job market is extremely rough.
