Those are skills that definitely will help you but they are not the main skills needed to be a creative. You need to be great conceptually, coming up with solutions for clients problems.
Are you looking to transition to more writing or more art directing?
Good to know. A few things you need to consider. Do you know how to work with adobe creative suite? Do you have design sensibility? Can you craft a deck? Can you be conceptual? Can you come up with big campaign ideas that live across all mediums and not just social?
These are just a few skills to become an Art Director. Along with a portfolio to show your capabilities.

Get good at presenting.
Go work in-house if you can 👌🏼 pull a portfolio together with your work and just outline the problem and solution to show your knowledge in creative strategy. Add in some extension ideas and design them out to bulk out each client and showcase more ideas.
